On the occasion of Euroluce 2007 we have introduced “LUXICITING” – our new lamps and furniture collection created using our luminous electro controlled films combined with crystal glasses.

The collection is characterized by an innovative technological application, unique in its sector.

In the last few years you surely heard about the crisis of the “made in Italy”. All the experts consider research and innovation as a magic potion against the new unrelenting competition issue.

Traditionally, the terms “research and innovation” in the design or technological sectors are not spontaneously associated to Rome and its surrounding territory. And it is exactly for such reason that ELSHINE represents a pleasing surprise, which makes you reconsider the reality of small industries operating around the capital.

ELSHINE was originally created and developed for the production of electro-controlled luminous films with a tiny silver layer; but gained experience in the sector and this year will present the results of applicative researches which poured the technological know-how into the sector of interior decoration and lighting design.

On the occasion of the “Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2007” in Milan, which will take place in April, ELSHINE will present the latest developments in the “light glass” sector. Stratified glass with the electro-controlled luminous film inside, which will give birth to a collection of furniture and lamps created with a technology which creates a series of luminous effects never applied to the furniture sector before.

The new production, by the designer ELY ROZENBERG, will be presented in the fair as a debut and as an innovative challenge in the Italian design scenario. A collection of pieces which offers itself to the visitor through a magic scenery, where the lighting decoration is inserted, in an absolutely unique manner, in a series of glass pieces of furniture, characterized by a design philosophy where style and technology are united in a delicate, invisible way, creating cinematographic effects which capture even the most careless eye or even the eyes already satiated with interior decoration proposals.

ELSHINE products belong to that sort of furniture which fuses itself with the interior design and suddenly becomes the protagonist of it.
